Our project focuses on the tourism sector in order to better reach and involve people with disabilities. The aim is to create more inclusive environments and promote equal opportunities and equality, which should benefit both guests and employees and thus also businesses and the tourism industry in general.<\/p>\n

Inclusion is a complex topic where there are large gaps in knowledge and often also uncertainty. SMEs, in particular, usually do not have the capacity, know-how, and access to the subject areas required for implementing an inclusive offer and employees with disabilities. We are taking this on board and developing a course for further training in inclusive management.<\/p>\n

LINOHM – The Online Course<\/h2>\n<\/div>

This course offers an initial introduction to the complex and multifaceted topic of inclusion in accommodation establishments. It is divided into two main areas: Firstly, how offers for guests can be made more inclusive, and secondly, how inclusion can be implemented in the workplace for employees.<\/p>\n

The aim is to provide you with impulses and practical approaches that will serve as a solid basis for delving deeper into this important topic. In addition, we offer you ideas for implementation and further in-depth possibilities. <\/p>\n

The course also helps you to assess your current knowledge – a valuable basis for planning future steps towards inclusion.<\/p>\n<\/div>
