The Ranks stands for sustainable development, personal cooperation and solutions that really work in everyday life. What started with our apartments is now a company that combines tourism, sustainability, education and international cooperation. We are not only interested in good concepts, but above all in implementing things in such a way that they are meaningful, practicable and effective in the long term.
Who we are
Behind The Ranks are Stephanie and Christian Rank. Together we have many years of experience in tourism, hospitality, sustainable business management and international project work. We work in a practical way, think entrepreneurially and attach great importance to personal support, reliability and quality. Many of our ideas come from our own experience and this is exactly what makes our work credible and tangible.
Stephanie Rank
Stephanie Rank combines entrepreneurial thinking with a strong focus on sustainability, education and development. She advises companies, organizations and institutions on issues relating to sustainability, eco-labels and Erasmus+ projects. She not only brings professional expertise to the table, but also practical experience, a good feel for people and a strong network in the fields of tourism, education and international cooperation. Her aim is to develop ideas in such a way that they become concrete and practicable solutions.
Christian Rank
Christian Rank contributes his many years of experience in business management, practical implementation and high-quality support for guests and partners. His focus is on what needs to work in everyday life, from clear processes and reliable structures to an atmosphere in which people feel at ease. With his practical approach, he makes a significant contribution to turning ideas into viable solutions and ensuring that The Ranks is built on a stable and personal foundation.

We complement each other very well in our work because we bring different strengths to the table and share the same values. We believe in personal collaboration, responsibility, sustainable management and solutions that not only sound good, but also work in practice. This is exactly how The Ranks came about: from the combination of experience, attitude and the desire to build something meaningful.
What The Ranks stands for today
Today, The Ranks comprises several areas that are closely interlinked. These include our apartments in Vienna and Cyprus, our consultancy in the field of sustainability and eco-labeling, workshops on topics relevant to the future and our support and implementation of Erasmus+ projects. We work primarily with SMEs, educational institutions, organizations and partners who want to develop something further and value personal support, quality and clear, realistic implementation.
