Project description
Our project focuses on the tourism sector to better reach and involve people with disabilities. The aim is to create more inclusive environments and promote equal opportunities and equality, which should benefit both guests and employees and thus also businesses and the tourism industry.
Inclusion is a complex topic where there are large gaps in knowledge and often also uncertainty. SMEs, in particular, usually do not have the capacity, know-how, and access to the subject areas required for implementing an inclusive offer and employees with disabilities. We are taking this on board and developing a course for further training in inclusive management.

Latest news
Since the start of our “Learn Inclusion – New Opportunities for Hotel Management (LINOHM)” project, we have made significant progress. We completed an extensive research phase and identified key topics for the course. All written content has been created and is currently being uploaded to the online platform
Initial test videos have been produced and we are currently in the middle of creating the expert videos. Regular online partner meetings ensure continuous coordination and monitoring of project progress. Collaboration runs smoothly thanks to the effective use of collaboration tools such as WhatsApp, Trello and OneDrive.
The upcoming test phase with a larger number of participants will help further optimize the quality and relevance of the course.
